Seeking advice on procedure to unclog drains on 1994-1996 Honda Del Sol. Referencing closed thread 3223348.

I have water inside my panels, due to not draining properly. Potential bad seals too. The thread 3223348 said he has the procedure to unclog the 4 drains. I saw some other info about the location of the 2 drains that can be accessed by removing the interior panels behind the seats, and 2 by removing the 2 exterior plastic panels. I don't have the procedure to do this.

Does anyone have experience doing this? If so, can you please post fix?
