- Due to the fact that I write for Import Tuner, most people thing , I don't have a sense of horsepower beyond the basic bolt ons and the only thing I would know about chassis dynamics is who makes cool coilovers. What they don't know about me is what happens when I leave work. Most don't know that I have a full fabrication shop and I do everything from build motors, turbo kits, do ECU tuning and chassis fabrication. While horsepower is always fun to work with my interests are in aerodynamics and suspension geometry. So when I usually get invited to a manufacture's R&D facility or even their assembly line I'm treated as if i don't know what most of the equipment is or the process of how things are made. Deep inside I'm finding easier ways to build my own stuff. You can learn a lot more playing dumb rather then showing how much bigger your brain is then everyone elses.
