Sorry man, don't know of any jobs. I'm unemployed myself right now. Warehouse I was working out is closing down and went down to 4 employees. They let me and the roommate both go on dec. 31st. Seems like any available jobs they want years of experience and for you to work for minimum wage. Rediculous.

Yeah Glossy black would probably look good. I think black is the hardest color to paint though. It shows the most imperfections. White is the easiest. Yeah theres a 50$ paint job thread that is up in the 200 page range. People are rolling paint on with a roller. Go to the Honda-Tech search and look for it or go to google and type in 50$ paint job. I think google is better than the stupid H-T search.

hmmm mineral spirits?, never heard of that techinique * rolled * hehe, yeah, im tryna match the color of the car as much as possible too, kinda hard when you have to create your own paint for it to be cheaper, so i mean i would still like to paint my hood, black should i do a glossy black or what?

I don't know about the Nighthawk Black Pearl. Dupli-Color also makes a paint in a can that you would use to spray a car. I wonder if this paint could be thinned out with Mineral Spirits and "Rolled" the car using the 50$ paint job method. Its somewhere around like 25 bucks a quart and we could do ALOT of painting with that amount of paint thus lowering the cost GREATLY.

Only problem with this is it doesn't come in Milano Red. I see it comes in Performance Red but I am trying to match the rest of my car as close as possible. Check this paint out and give me your opinion. Link below:

Damn, it won't let me post a link with this message. Its Dupli Color auto paint though and comes in a 32oz jug and shoes a car on the can.

    Hey man,

I got some of it done yesterday but didn't get a chance to do anything today. I have only practiced on that spare hood I had. I wet sanded it, got 3 coats of primer on it and 4 coats of paint and that took almost 3 of those 5oz cans. It was not wanting to cover very good. Looks like its going to be postponed casue at almost 6 bucks a can I can't afford that paint.
