So, I bought some HID's the other day for my 95 EX (8000's) and installed them. They are pretty awesome, other than the fact that the light is bending all over the place because of the fluting in the stock headlights. If I could have it my way, I would retro a projector into the stock headlight, except it will still kinda suck.

My problem is there isn't much out there that I like other than the stock style lights.

Here's a couple I am thinking of going with...


1. this one would be a good fit to retro in a projector


2. same idea as the other, but this is a one piece that still retains a somewhat stock look


3. this one would just be the easiest to work with, other than the fact that I don't like it much, let alone I hate the corner light. I would replace that with a stanley clear or something

What do you guys think? 1, 2 or 3?

The 1st one will take quite a few different projectors, most low beams will fit. Smaller bi-xenons like E46, E55, FX, and LR3 should fit fairly easily, and larger ones like Murano/Porsche/350z will fit with more work.
The 2nd should be basically the same internally, and the 3rd I cant say without seeing what the little projector looks like. Ive found that most civic projectors are harder to retro, unless its an older Denji.

thanks for the reply. I just hope that the HIDs I got (9005) style will fit into one of those other projectors. I don't think I should have TOO much trouble getting them in, just gonna take a bit. I think I like the first one the best... I just like the stock look too much. I think all the other stuff they offer just doesn't look right on the car.
