Default K20A3 Starting Problems HELP!!!

Hey guys, I recently decided to go K and installed it...BUT... It wont start! The charging harness is setup fine and I used a K-Tuned dash harness as well with the stock 02-05 M/T PNB ECU. Here's where its killing me and I cant figure it out... When I hit the ignition I get a constant hot to the Main Relay but it doesn't transfer a signal through the relay to prime the fuel pump, nor does it send a spark to the coil packs. What could it be? I tried 3 different main relays,I have an Immobilizer bypass because I don't have KPRO yet but I don't think it's hooked up right as I couldn't find the red wire with blue tracer the k-tuned instructions was talking about nor the plug to match the pin layout it listed to FIND it) I need it to run as it is at my dads and he cant push it out of the shop(He is a DV, and I cant do it because I'm stationed overseas)I got a friend trying to figure it out but he works on muscle cars and doesn't mess with tuners so he's kind of clueless on Honda stuff but is trying to figure it out but I'm reaching out to you Honda MASTERS to help a Vet out and help me learn more about electronics because I SUCK at it and want to learn more about Hondas...I'm good at mechanics but need some help with electronics.
