I did not have to modify the frame rail at all when making the custom driver's side mount for my F swap, using the factory d mounts (converted to solid). I did, however, eliminate my balance shafts, and run a smaller crank pulley. This was well documented, via photos, in our DSport article showcasing the car: http://www.dragsport.com/issue/7/cover_story.shtml</TD></TR></TABLE>
lucky you.. the guy i saw on HT do it had a giant chunk of his shock tower cut out!!!

you can see in our thread. we have some pictures from a few weeks ago with Evolution using our CRX for the install.

I think theres some on page 4 also.
From what I assume, its going to be an Evolution EF kit using a Hasport made Mount kit. The mounts are specifically for the Evolution H2B kit and only available through Evolution and their dealers.

So I'm a little confused. Title of thread says Bisimoto & Hasport. Does Evolution Kit = Bisi moto kit?
Also Im intrested in the H2D setup in the EF. Would your kits work?

Re: (ImportechPerformance)
Evolution is the manufacturer of the adapter plates/kit. Bisimoto has his own version which are private labeled for their company but manufactured by Evolution Ind.
Exospeed is not the manufacturer, we are just the largest Evolution Ind. wholesaler/dealer/retailer of the Evolution H2B kits.
Let me list out what kits are available:
Evolution H2B kit with EG mounts
Evolution H2B kit with EK mounts
Evolution H2B adapter plate kit only (no mounts)
Evolution H2B kit with EF mounts (mounts by Hasport avail through Evolution only)
Bisimoto H2B Kit with EG mounts
Bisimoto H2B kit with EK mounts
Bisimoto H2B kit with no mounts
as far as the H2D, I dont really sell those, you can call up Evolution at 909-594-7969 I dont know if its branded as an Evolution kit or Bisimoto kit. But regardless, its still made by the same place so its a good well built kit.

Sorry for the confusion. I'm just thinking about the H2B in an EF setup. as far as the H2D mounts, I dont know who would be the source for that. I'm only speaking out of what I know that is going to come out from Evolution.

Contact Bisimoto for the EF-H2D kit.
The motor mounts for this kit are manufactured by Hasport for Bisimoto.

Re: F/H2D and F/H2B EF mounts from Hasport and Bisimoto
I have done a lot of research on this and what I have come up with is this....
First called bisi moto and talked to some one in the "tech department" they said that ther wasnt enough sells in h/f2d in the eg chassis and that I should have just got a h2b kit.
second... I went ahead and decided to make my own offset and lowered plate so that I could use the factory mount. Also I machined the rear mount to match the offsett of the passenger mount. With this being said I am almost positive that you could use evo h2b mounts on the h2d kit for the eg chassis. note: evo h2b mounts are offset
third... called bisi and talked to the tech guys again and they still didnt really care, but which I under stand because they dont sell enough to even develop a mount.
fourth... evo did sell a h2b mount kit seperate for 380 couple months ago.
I done all this a long time ago so dont think this is recent things may have changed since then.
by the way I am using innovate bseries mounts and I dont see why you cant use h2b mounts and make a driver side engine braket if they wont sell you one. The only question I really need answered from bisi or evo is.... What is the engine angle difference between the h2b and h2d? Like Is the engine tilted more on the h2d kit than the h2b kit?
