Flatblack, did you have to bang the frame at all to make fitment? What combo are you using?
And Bently, this is what Seth at QSD recommends. He said they drew up the design for "The Alternative" in CAD so everything would line up perfect using two timing belt guides.

Bently, I'm not even close to done, that's part of the reason why I'd love to meet up! I could use some pointers, and see what you did to accomplish yours. That would be awesome!
Flatblack, You're using the same set up I have then. I was told there is a way to fit the H2B in an EG chassis with no hitting of the frame. That's kinda my goal with my install, but if it's not feasible, then out comes the sledge if all other options are exhausted.

My setup is a little different and a tighter fit with the EF chassis. If your going to bang the frame rail use a torch to heat the metal first. It will help the metal move a little easier.

I have a 94 del sol and in reality I didn't need to hit the frame. I did because I was afraid it wouldn't fit since it was my first h2b. The only downer is the timing belt cover doesn't fit.

Not really too worried about the timing belt cover. Although, the peace of mind of it being in place would be nice. Thanks for the reassurance hybridmiklo!

So I think I have all the correct components to line up my alt belt correctly, now, I want to focus on converting it to OBD1. What all do I have to do in order to do this? Already have a p28. Some dizzy wiring? Jumper harness? This will be my weak area I'm sure. Thinking of biting the bullet and getting an RBC manifold from Rosko machined up and run ID injectors. Concerned on what I'll have to do to make it all work.

Rywire has both services available, only thing is they dont offer a standard H series harness.

From what I've gathered SO FAR, this is my rough conclusion on how wiring is gonna go:
1. Use my existing 93 Civic Si harness, since it's already wired for vtec and an OBDI harness to begin with. Same with ECU. Will also be purchasing S300....er, something.
2. Lenghten alternator wires.
3. Convert distributor to OBDI by changing around some wires to work with my harness.
4. Run ID injectors, not sure how those will wire up. Hopefully simple.
Now, from what I've come to understand that's about all that's needed to run it OBDI.
A few added bonuses of using my harness is it's not wired for the stuff I don't need. My ECU won't be looking for an EGR system like the h23 harness is wired for. Other stuff like that. This is my weak area for sure, so I think I'll learn the most when tackling this!
EDIT: After looking at Rywire's site more, I'm sure they'll be getting my business as well.

Holy batman action in the H2B thread.
Or you could de pin and re pin. Solid advice though. I do think electrical work scares quite a bit of people.
Going through the suspension on my car currently. Within the next 3 months or so ill be ordering a header.

No doubt rywire has nice products. But the wiring is actually pretty easy to do at home. Throw the obd2 harness aside. Use the harness that came with your car. Put it over the H engine. Most of the clips will plug in. Extend the ones that don't. There may be the odd clip that is incorrect. If so cut it off and replace it with the clip from the obd2 harness. Then install your engine and plug it into the chassis. It's that simple.

Bently, you settle on a header choice yet?
Re: **Official H2B Discussion thread **
Does anyone know if the PLM H2B Logic copy perform as well as the actual Logic?
