I got mine from Rockauto. I used a 5% off coupon that you can typically find easily. I paid ~$450 before shipping. I have a 2001 and upgraded to a glass window. It took a few weeks to arrive, but everything was as expected.

My friend got one off ebay for about 550 shipped. Great fit and still going strong!

Thanks for the replies guys. Ended up ordering the top from topsonline.com it was 540.00 flat. Arrived in 4 days - nice !
