The 3.0-liter 5-speed coupe ('91-94) is around 5.3 and 13.8. The 3.2-liter 6-speed coupe and Zanardi are around 4.6 and 13.0. The NSX-T is a tenth or two slower.

Personally I'd go with the Z06 between the three. It's tough finding a Supra that was treated right and the NSX, despite all it had going for it, is just out classed by either car in terms of performance. If you want a head turner that performs well and you don't mind paying for repairs out of pocket than get the NSX. Some say the NSX looks dated but not to me, cars that are exotic or near exotic are that way partly becuase they have a timeless look to them. As sharp as the C5 looks, it will eventually look old. Supras never looked good to me so I won't get into that. Look at a 1976 Ferrari 308GTS. Aside from a few minor things (bumpers!) it still looks damn good and modern. An NSX has similar qualities.
All around *** kicker = Z06
Styling cruiser with good performance = NSX
Riceboy's wet dream = Supra (JUST KIDDING!!)

what year Z06 are you looking at? If it's 2002, definately get that. If it's 2001, I say its pretty close between the two. I say the NSX looks better, but the C5 also looks good. I wouldn't say the C5 is gonna look old, just classic like the rest of the 'Vettes. The Z06 is more of an all-arounbd performance car, not just straight line speed or handling. The NSX is more of a handler, but a few mods can fix the speed.

Re: What's the 0-60 and 1/4 time of the NSX? (Daveg27)
Thanks guys...well after really thinking about it....the NSX is out of the picture, the reason being,. i don't want to spend 28-30k on an NSX that is already 10yrs old, especially when the new one releases this fall the old one will look like ****...well not exactly like ****. but i'm sure it won't be all that since the new thing will arrive and still the body style is 10 years old! So i've decided it'll either be a Supra TT w/40k-55k MIlage which i've found plently off (STOCK) at about $22k-30k, or else i'm gonna go ahead and jump on a 01 Z06 @ $36k!
But from how it looks it's gonna be Supra all the way! Everybody has there opinions offcourse, but i guess it depends on ur likings!
NSX: Outdated & Honestly 11yr Old Body Style.......why would u play close to $30k for a 10Year old car that can get beat by a Civic?
Supra: Depending on Condition....i think it has alot of potential...and is a "nice" all around sports car W/Goobs of Torque & Pwr
ZO6: all i have to say it "Yummie"
but we'll see...as june comes i'll be buying one!
thanks...for all the info!

Personally, I think the old ones look better than the new NSXs. It's an 11 year old style, but it still looks good. The new one looks kinda bland with the new headlights.

Re: What's the 0-60 and 1/4 time of the NSX? (vntperformance)
Actually, they probably designed the body in like 88, making it around 14 yrs old.
Also, wasn't the current supra introduced in like 1992 or 1993? It's only a year or two newer. Of course, that doesn't really matter much. An attractive car is an attractive car.
As for owning a 10yr old NSX... Whether or not the years show really depends on the car you find.
When you say:
"NSX: Outdated & Honestly 11yr Old Body Style.......why would u play close to $30k for a 10Year old car that can get beat by a Civic?"
That's simply a silly statement. Even with the same power to weight ratio, the civic would still be a civic, wouldn't be as fast and stable at high speed (aerodynamics), wouldn't be as fast off the line (front wheel drive), and wouldn't handle as well in the corners (higher center of gravity, front wheel drive). That's not to say you couldn't build a really sweet civic. But even a 92-95 lightweight hatch with an Integra Type-R motor is gonna be lucky to put down 13.8, which a bone-stock 91 NSX will beat soundly. Put them on the racetrack, and the NSX will win considerably. The correct statement would be something more like, "NSX: Concerned about maintaining a 10yr old car that has expensive parts, a little tired of the looks, but still, it still hangs with even current cars."
Overall, I think the Supra is a very good choice. It's not like supras can't be tweaked to handle well. They've got room for huge burly tires (unlike the NSX, which is limited in the front). They have a back seat (however small), and a hatchback, making them more practical for daily use. They are much less common than C5 corvettes, making them, in my book, more unique than the Vette. And as far as a project car, there's a good market for supra parts, and with that bulletproof 3.0 Turbo motor, you can get really, really good bang for the buck out of your mods. There's probably no other car out there that's as easy to get 5-600hp out of.
Just to throw a spin into the mix... Had you looked at a 300ZX TT?

Less common than a regular C5, but not a Z06. Whichever you buy, you know its been dogged on like its invincible.

I see SO many Z06es in the seattle area, actually. Porsches and Z06s I think are actually more common around here than Integra Type-R's. I rarely see Supras, though. And I see just enough NSXes to know I'm not on my own.

You know what grippy? For awhile, it seemed like I was the only one that would ever defend the NSX with knowledge and a great unbaised response. Now all I have to do is see that youve responded somewhere and its all taken care of.
I was referencing the 11yr old design statement.
Oh, and I forgot who said it but the NSX is not outclassed by either car. Outperformed? okay, probably but not outclassed.

Hey VntPerformance, doesn't the owner of VNT have a supra??????? Tim???? why would u wanna get a car that someone in ur club has? If i were u the NSX would be a good choice, cuz man in Pensacola, there's not a lot of peeps with NSX's, and people here sure as hell never seen a hooked up one! NSX have been around for a while but man not a lot of people seen them around here and they just straight up bad *** man.......... i was thinking about getting one when i come back......but have recently changed my mind into getting a brand new BMW m3 coupe....NSX is like the dream car of most people over here in pcola.........

Re: What's the 0-60 and 1/4 time of the NSX? (New2HD)
Personally, I'd take an NSX over a C5 anyday. The C5 and Z06 interiors suck big time. So much plastic on a $50k car? No thanks. As for the Supra, they're great cars, but finding one that's been babied is pretty hard. I'd take a used NSX (even the older ones) over the C5 and the Supra, especially with price factored in.

Re: What's the 0-60 and 1/4 time of the NSX? (360)
if i wanted a Z06, id buy the orginal model that came out in 1993-1995 AKA the RX7!!!!! GM just fatten up the RX7 and put a pushrod in it, then badged it a vette.
Id go NSX. i see few around here and they can be ***** fast with a TT system or just a T system... And the new one looks like ***** comapred to the old one.
