Re: (White Smoke)
Well today i pulled the pan, move the oil return bung. The problem with the s2000 is that it sits sideways and the majority of the oil is on that side of the block. with the car off i blew through the oil return line and there is some oil that sits in the line. Now with the car running the is almost no oil in that line. Im also running a side winder manifold so the line is about 16" long so the turbo drain could not be a problem.
A turbo timer is usless. unless you go from....say full boost to the car shuting off at redline and the turbo has to spin with no oil being pumped to it. i let the car idel for about 10 sec before i shut it off no matter what. (That is just after driveing normal)

No pics but it is a -10 line with an fittings off the turbo to the pan where a -10 bung is welded on the pan.

Re: (Under_Pressure)
Parked hard at WMHM8 at Gingerman raceway. I had my hood popped, all my JDM bling hangin out, I had a mirror underneath my car so you could see my chassis. I had my car SLAMMED and my spoon calipers clamping up some Autozone organic pads. I thought about going out on the track...but then I was like "F#$k that...I might scrape my fender with my 17X10 -38s and 205/40/17 tires stretched to fit".
I'll have vids later. Saturday = monsoon rain with tons of standing water on the track. Sunday = rain in the morning, dry in the afternoon...running in the Advanced 2 class. I was pretty impressed with myself and the car. People were really surprised to find out that I was still on street tires. I was catching S2000s with R comps. I me.

Re: (Chris.)
Nice tape job! It looks like it took you a good while to get it to look so neat. Im wondering about taping my bumper up but its got to be re-shot today due to a poor paint match job. Im not sure how long I have to wait to apply any sort of adhesive on it. I wouldn't wanna damage the fresh paint. Anyone have any idea?

He originally didn't bake the bumper, just the spoiler. Would it help to bake it? If so, I could tell him to bake it this time around. I just don't want to put a bunch of rock chips on my new bumper.

The painter should know the proper way to do it. If it's not baked, the paint will take about a full month to dry!

Re: (White Smoke)
Well he told me when he gave me the bumper that it was good to go. He said that I could tape it up but I just like getting second opinions on things.

took me about an hour and a half to do the front w/ help from my friend & a 6-pack of beer
i would be sure to get the green tape for fresh paint, since the glue is gentler
