Re: My AP2 Turbo Build
Is that intercooler piping steel? Must be heavy!
Also, from the looks of that, you have the crank case evacuation vacuum line going back into the intake pipe (in this case the charge pipe) as it would on a stock S2000. You're going to be introducing your valvetrain to positive manifold pressure with that route, not vacuum like it was designed for. Bottom line, get that thing outta there before you boost that car!

You don't need to run the crank case tube anywhere...most people don't. Just leave it off all together.
Here's a pic for example, not my car:

that **** smokes up after a few WOT pulls dont it? i'd rather run the catchcan/breathertank after i had my cabin fill with smoke after i obliterated a 350z who cut me off back then.

There getting vacuum from the top of the fuel regulator vacuum where there is a nipple from intake manifold the AP2 06+ Doesn't have that nipple because there's no Return System.

Re: My AP2 Turbo Build
As for what pwrofdrm is talking about I have circled in your picture. In your picture it looks like you have a tube running from the charge pipe back into the valve cover. This is not good as now your crankcase will see boost pressure just like your intake manifold. The largest problem that positive crankcase pressure is going to cause you, is oil will no longer correctly drain back into your pan. No oil in pan no oil for pump to pump through your block, no oil in block is bad. Again I am not sure if this is the case but it looks that way in your picture hard to tell though since the picture is fuzzy:
So if this line is indeed hooked up from your charge pipe and now piped into your valve cover undo it. Also why you are at it I recommend getting rid of the other one from your intake mani going to your PCV valve as it is just a matter of time before your PCV valve gives up and starts to allow boost into your valve cover.
Before you blast people about doing it right make sure you hear them out and know for sure you have it right. See the picture of the SS

There's nothing going into the chargepipe is just hanging there.
I think I will run a catchcan 1 from pvc to catch and the other 1 that is hanging, and keep my vacuum source from intake manifold.
