JGs s2000 Build(up and running 7/26)
I've been working on this car slowly for going on about a year now. I've had the s2000 for about a year and a half and just got bored with it. I did the wheels and suspension and after that I was just ready to learn more about it so I jerked the motor and sent the block to InlinePro and thats where all this started.
The car:2002 Black/black S2000
Shaved and tucked
All Brake lines tucked(earls fittings and earls stainless brake lines)
Used to have the RPF1 on it but they got played out quick so I let them go to a new home.
Still has the Tein Monoflex suspension on it.The body is pretty muc hstock except for the OEM top and the OEM lip. Still need a new BB bumper and LIP
Motor:
IP Built shortblock(sleeved,balanced,etc)
Stock ported head with Supertech valvetrain(dual valve springs,Ti retainers,Inconel and black nitrided along with brass valve guides)
Trans:
Stock trans for now(will be changing out, maybe PPG gearset down the road)
Comp Clutch twin disc
Fuel setup:
All B&R black lines and AN Fittings(-8feed,-6return)
Aeromotive inline filter
Twin Bosch 044 pumps stuffed in the tank with a custom hanger made by me
ID 1000cc injectors
Aeromotive regulator
Turbo setup:
Full-Race Twinscroll manifold
Tial MVS gates
Precision Billet 6768BB turbo
FR 3" Downpipe
Intercooler, Piping and Blowoff valve will be ordered shortly from Full race
Rear:
For now is stock But will most likely be changed to the R200 IP Kit
Will Be on a MT Drag radial.
Things that need to be bought:
Guages
IC,piping,BoV
Kpro
Hondata 4 Bar
Hondata boost solenoid
IP 3"exhaust
Oil feed/return
Pneumatic lines for the plumbing
Small odds and ends
Hopefully this will be getting tuned by about August if I can swing it.
Alright tons of pictures

Re: JGs s2000 Build(56k NO!)
Never really liked ABS on any of my cars so when I did the brake line tuck I just got rid of it. Some people are putting them in the drivers side fender area but its a hell of a lot of work.

haha maybe you're right about the 56k deal. Also if anyone has a clean in good condition Berlina Black AP1 Front bumper and OEM lip let me know.

It sounds confusing but you would just have to see it

All that and a stock radiator? lol sorry I had to.
Looks good man, I'm using the same manifold on mine, and never have I ever seen a manifold control boost as perfectly as this one... and I have about 10-20 cars on my dyno weekly. Full-Race FTW!

This might be a dumb question, but at the end of the day, I know how to make them fast, not pretty haha..
Do you have to extend any wires to put the fuse box inside the passenger side fender where the factory washer bottle normally resides?

Re: JGs s2000 Build(56k NO!)
man, its been a while since i did the tuck. Most people just unplug everyhing from the fuse box so that they can make the wires run from that hole in the fire wall and through the hole where the washer reservoir is. I drilled a hole and used a rubber grommet or sleve to run it out beside the door jamb to the inner fender area. If I remember right, all you have to do is extend a couple wires. I like the clean look but it does involve some work. I'm not going to act like a hardass, I hate wiring. Lol!

i tucked mu fusebox under the dash and it was a lot of time invested...but it looks like it was meant to be there ....the only thing i had to extend is the steering rack wires
