got some new kix for the car and my self
those tigers were discontinued for 2 1/2 years I got two pares just incase. These are my favorite shoes ever for street driving and everyhting else.

also this house was refinanced in '06 for 105k, before the new roof, plumbing, paint, ceiling fans and carpet were done. so in a couple of years when the market swings back we'll probably sell it and hopefully get 30-40k out of it.
oh and we are gonna completely redo the kitchen/bathrooms, they are outdated and i can do the work myself
