kyle 16.50 from hardtop guy and theres enough for a lip and side strikes
boots its the lil rubber strip that goes along top of the lip where it makes contact with the bumper. all oem lips come with them already attached to it.
thats one of the tell tail signs that a lip is not oem or has been repainted if there is no weather strip.

Hey guys is the fuel filter on our car external from the tank? If so is it below the car or accessible from under the hood?

well i knew the front had been re-sprayed when someone backed into me in front of my house and caused 3 grand worth of damage...body shop probably took it off when they sprayed it...im not worried about it...im just going to bolt it up and put either some double sided tape on it or make a strip for it even though i doubt it really does anything

I dont even remember posting that.
Doesnt anyone have a link or know off the best way to go about taking the cruise control cable out? I just took off the windshield wider motor, wipers, cruise control, ac condenser and all the lines.

its just like the throttle cable, loosen with a 10mm wrench until there's enough slack to pivot the ball on the end the other way. hey ill buy that cable off you for 5$ :D i'll take the AC setup too!!

^ i did that. i also read somewhere that u can use the cruise cable instead of ur throttle cause it dosent do the dumb loop and looks cleaner. but it dose not work. i also trimmed the mount that holds out overflow tank and cruse control thing to make it look cleaner.

hello! It's been awhile...
doing a little spring cleaning and I'm throwing any extras I have up on here for sale as I come across them. Just added my service manual and a heat exchanger to the classifieds in case any of you guys/gals are interested.
How's everyone been?

Re: I'm sorry mods... I think we need a rambling thread.
why not dave?
Oh you think that'll be comfortable? I wouldn't mind having that under the hood in front since it's useless as-is. Figure if i'm going with a V8 I might as well put a lift kit on it (18-20" lift) and put a hitch on the back to tow. I'll put the Jacuzzi in the trailer attached to the hitch for good measure.
