GOOD DEAL OR NOT?
alright s2000 peeps needs some input about this, been contemplating of purchasing an s2000 for months now and found this locally, do you guys think it's a good deal? what should i look for when i go for a test drive? any particular thing i should look at for the s2000. what price would you guys offer for this car or is the price a good deal as is?. or is it better buying from a privately owned owner?, it's a 2006 Honda S2000 for $19,662 from the pictures it looks good i have to go there personally one of this days and see for myself how the condition of the car is.
here is the link of the car

theres too many factors to tell you how much it really is worth...personally, i wouldnt pay that much especially since its an 06...id pay much less and get one thats a year or two older because im not a fan of DBW

Re: GOOD DEAL OR NOT?
drive by wire...meaning no throttle cable, so the computer dictates how much to open the throttle body depending on the position of the accelerator pedal

Re: GOOD DEAL OR NOT?
it's well worth researching the differences throughout the years - the 04 update is an obvious one, but there are a lot of other important updates that have gone on through the cars lifetime.

im sure there's quite a bit of wiggle room in the price. i bought my 06 a year ago with 48k for 20k that also came with the oem hardtop. not really a fan of this color though, but im sure ~17k should be a fair deal.

Re: GOOD DEAL OR NOT?
You all should check out the Canadian prices. Up here these things cost 25K for an 06
Less miles mind you but still. Drives me insane as I want to get one but too **** about where its from and what shape it's in.
