Your problem could be lots of things and not just a coil. Have you considered having it looked at by a qualified technician (mechanic?) Apparently you have very little experience with the S2000 if you were looking for sparkplug wires.

A misfire can be caused by many things. Just replacing the whole sparkler bar is an expensive move and most likely is not the problem. Check the plugs, do a compression test, check wiring ect. You'll probably find your problem.

if your car is misfiring, you're having serious problems that need to be checked out asap by a mechanic. There's really no viable way to help you out.

the coil paks are held in by one screw and a harness... pull them off and pull the plugs.. check the color of the plugs and see if the plugs may dictate what is happening...

here's a google on reading spark plugs:
http://www.google.com/search?s...plugs

if it ends up being the coil pack, it's a plug and play fix.. but if its not.. then going to your local dealer may be necessary
