and bad_monkey does have a point. Focus on fixing your engine before spending multiple thousands of dollars on it.
For someone who appears to be new to the modding scene, I can tell you this. Do alot of research before buying ANY part, be it suspension, engine, whatever. You will be able to make more informed choices and you will understand how that particular part affects the car as a whole. Trust me, it's worth it.
I agree with the guys about their responses, I just don't like to see negative attitudes.

my h22a has 90,000kms on it stock
i upgraded the following to skunk2
cam gears
cam shafts
valves
valve springs
fuel rail
intake manifold
throttle body
Im only getting 257hp
