you can turn the motor over with the cams but you risk making it skip a tooth because your putting alot of force on the timing belt. I always turn the motor over by the harmonic balancer bolt.

like said before....use the crank pulley bolt to rotate the engine..... man you got a lot to learn my friend. if you want to wait until sunday i might be able to send you a copy of the helms manual via email.

na man.
I got it put on I got the car running good im done.
I just never have turned the engine by the cams, I always used crank bolt.
thats why I was surprised when it jumped a couple teeth when I was just trying to turn the cams a little to line up the lines.
But thats for all your guys support and help.
My car is up and running again.
I changed the valve seals too.
Seams to still burn oil. hahah
whatever its a '95 what do you expect hahah
