Default Spoiler Fade...how can i restore its shine?

I bought a spoiler from a dude that was pre-owned for a pretty good price. Only problem is that the top of the spoiler is faded and the paint has tiny cracks? Should i just get the whole thing repainted or try and touch up whats there now? How would i go about tocuhing up the paint? Thanks. >:u

repaint it. I think that it's urethane or some plastic of the like.. when the sun beats down on it and it fades its because of the plastic and needs to be repainted..

You can try a meguiar's 3step type application but if there is cracks then painting is the best option.
