do you do most of your own work? if so suspension is not hard at all as long as you have the right tools. it's a couple of bolts and a matter of compressing the springs or...if you're doing full coilovers just take the strut out spring and all and put your new ones in...suspension is actually quite easy.

like subydoored said it is very easy to do suspension, im sure there are threads explaining how to do suspension so i won't explain it. but the chances of you having the spring fly out or the shock dropping are rare as long as you do it step by step and know what you're doing. as long as you use spring compressors it's not hard. that's all im saying.

I dont even use a spring compressor. I just let it fly off. If its your first time, it will probably take you a whole day to figure it out.

Just get a Helms manual and read the suspension section first and you should be fine. Also get some spring compressors for sure.
DO NOT just go into to it blindly without having any idea what you're doing, that could get you hurt.

i let the spring fly also i just aim it away from breakable stuff and yourself. per side you have the 4 or 5 lug nuts and 7 bolts you take off. 5 are in the engine bay 3 are the shock itself the other 2 is the upper control arm. then 1 of the bolt is the fork bolt attached to the lower control are and the other bolt is the bolt holds the shock to the shock fork. hardest part is taking the shock out.
