it sound like it is a timing issue, check your cams at top dead center TDC!!!!
OR CAN BE THE TENSIONER OF THE TIMING BELT

Distributor. Get a new one from Distributor King on ebay.
I'm fairly positive, as I've had this problem before, and It's slowing returning again with another one, five years later.
I would recommend a external coil type, not the internal JDM
It's the weak bearing & ignition module causing that

have u messed with any of the sensors ? you know, it took me a month to figure out that one of them was pluged in backwards. make sure there pluged in correct...

Since no one said this. Try to clean the throttle body. Mine was dirty causing the exact same problem you have. Do it with the car off. Get a rag and carb cleaner and go to town!
