Power steering issue
Hi, sort of new at working on the mechanical part of cars, just bought my first car, 95 Prelude SI. It has an F22A1 motor in it, but the power steering pump is out, now, I have done a little research, but I feel I should consult somebody who knows this stuff, couldn't find anything about it in the FAQ. I've read that the Honda Accord EX uses the same motor, and as those are much easier to find in junkyards, could I use the power steering pump on it? And if so, what years would be acceptable?

Re: Power steering issue
Just looked on Majestic Honda And the part numbers do not match the pumps look identical, but someone else could probably chime in and say they are indeed and exact match and you can use it on your Prelude.

Re: Power steering issue
Its $20 for an oring kit/rebuild kit. Its one of the easiest things to do besides being a lil messy having to mess with a lil ps fluid.
Just start taking it apart and replace each oring as you do.
