My prelude's rpm keeps on going up and down when i just first start my car and i read something about problems with air flow so i changed my air filter however its still doing it. if anyone have ever experience this problem pls let me know how u fixed it. thanks (by the way im a new member so still navigating the site..lol)

It's normal for the car to idle around 1500-2000 for the first few minutes and the idle will gradually lower itself to around 750-800 when the car is warmed up. It's designed to do this. Completely and totally normal.

Hi guys! I'm gettin my hood painted today so im very excited..i couldn't decide before whether to get carbon fiber or not. so i chose to pick a stock one to be safe.lol. n plus i kinda like the clean look. gettin the hood eventho its an OEM is only the second mod done in my ride. if its even considered a modification. (i posted my ride on the intro page) but now im thinking of either gettin an intake or rims...so my question is short or cold air? im thinking of making my own like buying the metal pipe and filter. i just want to know which would be better (built or brand and short or cold) i really want the performace aspect of it and for rims. im thinking of 2006 SI stock rims or Acura TL rims..or if u guys have other suggestions. im leaning towards stock rims that fits in a prelude. i've prolly been spending most of my time lookin for other rims that could fit but i've only seen limited sources. so if anyone could tell me where else i can find it on this forum i'd appreciate it or post it here. im open for any suggestions..thanks guys
