Re: My H22 92 Prelude Build *Lots of pics*
Car is clean I just got a 94 Civic 2 Door Coupe, idk its all pieced up. Considering that it was a full time track car., for 1000 you got hooked up! I paid 2000, an got a racing shell with nothing in it. Only a cut out carpet, dash and a bucket seat with a cage. An the worst part a Non V-Tec Single Slammer with a B20 Harness. GL! Looking forward to seeing more!

I dont know where you live, but I live in toronto, ontario canada. I find that prices here are way cheaper. But 1000$ for this, i got a steal. I passed safety. Now I just need to pass my e test. last e test the guy got, this was the test. so hopefully with a synthetic oil change, "guarantee to pass" fluid in the gas tank, premium gas and new spark plugs, it will pass.

Why keep the seat-belts then??? lol Also I couldnt see how the splash guard was cut, if done correctly it doesnt look bad and will funnel air into the intake filter. It wont get wet, or cause any problems.
Here is a few pics back when i had a long ram intake, a true cai will pop the filter through the hole. Then if you seal off around the pipe 100% of the air will come from outside the engine bay, which is ultimately better.
Heres the hole for the factory intake, once stock unit is fully removed VVV
Here you can see how i cut it, and leaving the scoop on the bottom will redirect more air flow towards filter as driving, while still keeping water from the tire from splashing up into the filter. VVV
Keep in mind my front bumper lip is NOT on the car in this pic. VVV

where im from, if seat belts in the rear are removed, its a safety violation. sucks.
and where I live, there are deep puddles almost everywhere when it rains. CAI no good.

smart idea getting rid of the CAI, I had one on my 3kgt and without a bypass valve I would suck up tons of water. Heck even with the bypass valve you can still feel it hesitate when driving in the rain.

Re: My H22 92 Prelude Build *Lots of pics*
So its been a month, and the KSTuned manual tensinor is amazing. If installed properly, its an amazing replacement for the OEM hydraulic one.
anyways. my throw out bearing and input shaft bearing are making noise. So I decided to go big, or go home. I went big
Pulled some injectors from a car at the junk yard. ODO read 137xxxkms. thats around 85,xxxmiles.
Got new Taylor spark plug wires. I like the blue in the engine bay. Its just right
I HADDDDDDD to get rid of the sex blocker, it was just ugly.
Comparing this engine bay vacuum lines to mine. My engine bay has a mystery vacuum line that isnt plugged in.

Doing the clutch. Just waiting for my friend to get home so he can help me with the rest. He has the big boy tools.
Needed a spare tire from my other car to get in the engine bay. I forgot to disconnect some clips before I lifted it

Got a valve adjustment done from Honda a few days ago. Runs way better. The power is back and there is no hesitation either.
installed a magnaflow muffler.
next will be putting in a m2f4 tranny i picked up for $120. with apparently under 100,000kms. 60,000miles
then valve springs and valves(skunk2)
then skunk2 cam shafts and cam gears
then lowering the car probably 2inches
