megasquirt + VTEC + Daily Driver... possible?
ok, I've searched everywhere I can think of, and I can't find a reference anywhere on PO, or H-T about megasquirt...
Can MegaSquirt-II effectively run an H22A4 as a daily driver, and still employ my "race" settings?
From what I already know about MS, it "should" be able to do it, but the fact that there are 0 references to it from here kind of scares me =D
To make a long story short, I'm trying to avoid the $1100 for another AEM EMS, and try something new at the same time... well... 5 years old... but new to me
Thanks in advance
Mike

for 350 you can get neptune RTP and not have to run through the BS of getting something running on your car that is like linux compared to windows XP.

Re: megasquirt + VTEC + Daily Driver... possible? (98vtec)
Neptune RTP: $400
Installed in a P28: $200
Conversion Harness: $75
=$675, and I learn nothing
Megasquirt 2 (assembled): $400
Relay Box, Wiring adapter, and various "adapters": $300
=$700, and I learn alot
Anyhow, at the moment, I'm just trying to find anyone that has actually done it; or atleast put deep thought into it...
Thanks
Mike
