Acid, if you pull the shield that covers the valve body, you'll see exactly which lines to loop. loop the smaller ones together (vss) and loop the bigger ones together (psi).
Leave the vss and the pump lines on the left on the rack, cut them so they have a couple inches left on them, and connect the hoses to the little pieces of hard line still on the rack. The fitting fits on the right position in the picture.
This should Help:

Okay so I pulled the Valve Cover off, and Saw the picture that Vlang Labeled.
I Started the process of Removing all the fluid by removing the Top Power Steering Line and putting it in a bucket. Well that did ****, cause as soon as I started the car, up I watched half the fluid spray out of the top hole, all over my engine bay .
After that I cleaned up and am calling it a day. I need a second person to do this.
How even with a second person, can you catch all the fluid that comes out. That **** shoots up vertically.
Also the 2 center hardlines, are physically cut, and then looped?

center two, and the left big one, saw them off (with a hacksaw, don't pinch them with a wire cutter), then slide the hose over the hard line, and clamp her down.

Okay, One last question and I think Im done with them.
After the lines are looped, where do you fill up the rack with PS Fluid at?

Ok, so when looping the lines on a 4th gen, and you have the lines looped at the valve there, what about the vss? Do you just plug those lines full of fluid, leave them open? I wondered if the fluid cooled the vss at all or anything, or if its dry would it have no effect?

updates from the ppl that recently said they were going to attempt this. Also I have a Q.... for 4thgen ludes.... why are using that fitting?? if all four lines that are being looped are hard lines, why not just Cut all four lines with a pipe cutter as mentioned before in the thread?
Or use all new fittings (4), for those ppl that are not wanting to cut... maybe install the PS back later down the road.

I figure this is a suitable thread to post this in, how are you guys finding no p/s? i am strongly thinking about removing it. I drove a little civic hatch vx for an entire a bit of fall/winter/and a bit of spring and it was fine. I didn't even really notice not having it until i realized there was no ps pump lol. It obviously had a non ps rack which makes it much easier. I would just like to know what you guys think with having the lines looped.
