you should have the setting that says, ACCEL you hold that until you reach the 70 mph and it stick there or whatever speed you would like...

Somebody really joined this board who didn't know how to use cruise control.

I think I just **** myself laughing.

and right above and below the big letters, there are smaller ones.

they read "GET SOME GLASSES!"

it would only make sense to me that the top button would be accelerate. I hope that makes sense to you at least.

I remember what it was like to be newb at working on cars and stuff. Lots of people tend to forget where and when they really screwed up the first time.

That was a joke dude. They didnt make 91's with 2.2 motors even, he was making it look like he was a TOTAL noob, but obviously he isint because you just fell for it.

And I also think its ridiculous everyone here had the attitude they did with him. Everyone here was a car noobie at once, dont forget that. But way to be a typical Honda-Tech ******** guys.

The guy is 41 freakin years old. If he is this bad at anything at that age, especially grammar and spelling, then he has serious problems.

We were all noobs back in the day. The difference is, most of you still are.

Ok what I find interesting is that your all interested in my grammar and speeling (intended mistake) but can’t help when there is an issue put in front of you I thought forums where here to help and share information. Not to take the **** and be a complete numpty. I suppose a majority of you young guns feel like you own the roads and tear up as much tarmac as you can. Wearing your beanie hats and shell suites saying things like dude, radical, yeah like totally man. Just remember its ******* like you who keep our insurance premiums high. And they did make a 2.2 v-tech vti in 1991 it’s on my log book. If you can be bothered do a bit of research rather than voicing your opinions, the answer is obvious. I’m not going to give it to you. To all of you that defended me thank you.

just because a 91 vtec vti lude didnt exist in america, doesn;t mean it doesnt exist period.

anyone of you ever stop to think just maybe he's not from the US?

how to set the cruise control may be a trivial task to most, but if you don't know much about cars, and have a broken cruise control button, u just might get a bit confused. as was the case with the original poster.

How are people that make fun of you for being a two toothed doofus making your insurance rates high? And you wanna talk to us about searching an obvious question? YOU JUST ASKED HOW TO USE ONE OF THE MOST RUDIMENTARY FUNCTIONS OF ANY CAR... PERIOD. Maybe if you stopped making general rationalizations, you'd realize that you just summed us all up into an F+F stereotype that is rare to find on here with anyone over 15 posts. Maybe if you stopped and thought about it, you would realize that many of us are valuable citizens who work hard and just happen to be honda fanatics. Maybe you would realize that you just made an unfair assumption and looked like a stupid old dick. Maybe if you tried asking a little nicer or correcting your spelling, people would be a little bit more inclined to help you. Or maybe you should shut the expletive up, stop being an old angry man and call your honda dealer next time you have such a retarded question.

I'm Almost 100% certain in saying that the 1991 2.2 vti Is a Euro/UK(maybe Canada) car. it is a 4th gen, h22. As for the car manual I prefer an electronic version. It is 10x easier, just type in what you need and you have it. If you need part first look for it at a salvage yard. Also this is a great place to find new parts and what the part is called. http://www.hondaautomotivepart...h.jsp
I am not sure if they ship outside the US.
The way I set my cruse is to use the pedal until desired speed is reached then press the SET button.
Google is a great place to fix your spelling.
HAVE FUN WITH THE LUDE!!
And Good Luck!

I apologize, I thought in him in saying "vtch vti", that he was parodying "vtech" like people (and mainly noobs) do, and then adding VTI (toyota's version) of vtec. Though technically it'd be VVTI.

I guess I just misread it as a joke.

Regardless, theres a LOT of douche's on this site.
