Default help on exhaust

ive been wanting the Apexi N1 exhaust, but the thing is, its gonna cost around $450 bucks, i was doin some research and i heard that for the lude a performance exhaust isnt gonna do THAT much of a HP increase so was thinkin about gettin maybe a knock off N1 for like $200 and putting the money i saved into a header which would prob. give me more horsepower then the N1 in the first place...whats your ideas on this? thanks

Heh, I have the exact same car as you....Anyhow, my recommendation would be to go to an exhaust shop and get one custom made with the muffler of your choice. Probably be cheaper anyway...

yeah if all you are worried about is performance get a muffler from ebay and upgrade the piping........then with the headers you should have decent gains
