Default H23/H22 with type S pistions/cams ??

so i bought this motor off craigslist, decided to rebuild it well new seals and stuff, It has the type S pistions/rods/cams skunk valvetrain. looking for some pros and cons with these pistions, also what the comp. ratio may be with that setup? Help me out guys!

the type-s has a higher compression and I want to say the stroke is the same. i think the compression is 11 instead of the 10.

The CR should be 11.0:1 with the Type-S parts.

The 95mm crank will raise compression about 1:1 so you're looking at ~12:1cr setup.
Hoping it has the H23 rods and NOT the H22 TypeS rods. The H22 rods would create catastrophic issues.
