You can just switch to an obd1 chipped ecu and go from there or at least that is the best route to go with. Running your p5m ecu will work in the mean time if you can not afford a chipped ecu. And if you are considering getting your car to pass smog or be an easier swap into your prelude take your h22a4: oil pump with crank position sensor, intake manifold with two wire IACV, distributor, injectors, engine harness, EGR valve, and you are good to go.
