That is your oil cooler, and the gasket is a common problem spot on the H22. Just be glad you noticed it before it failed all together like has happened to so many before you. I can't remember exactly where the screws are for it since it's been so long, but if you just unscrew your oil filter i'm sure you'll be able to see what needs to come off. The hardest part is holding everything in place when you put the new one in.

All you do is use either a deep 17mm or 19mm, can't remember which but pretty sure it's 17 and just put it over the part that the filter screws onto, it also acts as a bolt to hold to cooler to the block. It's one of the easiest seals to fix on the motor, just do it next time you change your oil or do it now and change the oil as the filter obviously has to come off.

Don't buy cheap gaskets from the auto parts store, it's only maybe less than a dollar difference for the Honda one that is guaranteed to fit.
Honda p/n 91316-PE7-730 shows being less than $3

I went to schucks to buy a valve cover gasket.
And it didnt fit at all.
It was like too wide.
so I had to use the same one.
So yes,, buy parts like that at the dealership.

Just go to honda i belive its the only place to get it as far as part numbers from honda they change with every new year because most new hondas use the same o-ring, save yourself the trouble and do it right the first time.
