H22 oil leak
Hello I have an h22 in an eg hatch with a m2b4 trans. I have a new oil leak it is getting all over my drivers/timing belt side of my suspension. I have not gotten a good look yet becues I had to go to work. It could of been falling on my axle witch spun it all over the suspension/stearing rack. I was just wondering if there is a common place for leaking back there. It is comming from below my Intake manifold. It could be from the trasn also.

Re: H22 oil leak (Colby71)
I just had a similar problem that I thought was the o ring, but it turned out to be something on the timing cover popped off, cant remember what it was, i think some gasket/seal. Anyway I changed my t belt because it was soaked in oil.

Re: H22 oil leak (Colby71)
i cant really tell where the oil could be coming from but i jus recently had a problem with oil LEAKS. i would check to see if your PCV valve is good first bcuz as it turned out it as that goin bad which caused all the excess pressure to leak out elsewhere. i had to change my valvle cover gasket my oil cooler o ring and my vtec oil pressure gasket b4 i found out that was the problem and my leak looked sounds similar to what you are describing because oil spun off everywhere off of my axle
