Get off your *** and search.......There is a decade's worth of info here.
If you looked into it for just a few minutes, you'd find that the F20B is a destroked, down-sized H22 and there are mods out there for it.
Find a mod for an H22; Chances are its good to go for an F20B<<---Which can be discovered with yet a little more searching.
Check the FAQs before you start the name calling.......

Now now kids....let's play nice. lol. But i do agree. As being an individual who had an automatic, modding it is not too wise an investment if you are looking for performance and for the streets. In my opinion. You end up sacrificing power and performance sticking with a manual. But guess I am an old school guy living in a new car world. There are parts out there for this engine as well as aftermarket parts.

you really should have stated your intentions in a better manner. swap it - get the stick shift ecu and get it running then you can worry about the smaller stuff like the 2hp difference the throttle body is goin 2 make then. then u assemble parts and open up the head and **** like that. unless you're jus goin 2 do a more extensive build b4. trust me read and research more.

Re: f20b auto upgrade
I agree - put the useful transmission in, work out the kinks, then start worrying about new ways to mess it up. Deal with one variable at a time. Makes life a lot simpler.
The F20B is basically a smaller H22 so it can be used in 2 liter racing. It has little more in common with the F-series then any other H-engine. If it works with a H-series head, it's like 99% certain it'll work with the F20B VTEC.
I'm basically just reiterating what NirVTEC said here, but it's the logical answer.
Do the trans first. Worry about other crap later.
