eletrical problem??
Ok guys, i'm having a big issue with my uncles car. I didn't know where to begin a search so I decided to go ahead and start a thread.
My uncle has a 93 prelude auto. For some odd reason, there is no power going to the vehicle at all. I tried putting in a fresh battery in and doesn't work. Thought it was the ignition switch, replaced it, still no power. Checked all the fuses and they seem fine. After doing all of that, I came to realize that none of headlights would turn on or neither would the horn honk. So at this point, I'm completely stumped and don't really know what else to diagnose to figure out this problem. Any suggestion would help me out greatly. Thanks

Re: eletrical problem??
there is a fuse that is in the engine bay fuse box, i replaced one on an 93 acura integra. nothing was coming on. it was a battery fuse that has a clear top and cost only $4 at autozone. there are two different sizes. pm me if that works.

Do u have a multimeter? Have u checked the big ground wire where it connects to the chassis and tranny? Check to see if u have 12v on both sides of the battery fuse under the hood fuse box. Make sure that all the clips are in the bottom of the underhood fuse box. Make sure ur terminals are clean and tight. Also check to make sure the battery is good.

I will try that out today. My aunt's car now is doing the same thing. She has a 92 Honda accord. Same issue, no power to the vehicle.
