crank case ventalation
i was reading a post in here a while ago, and a guy was showing plugs/bolts on the back of the block on his integra. he took them off and replaced them with PCV type valves, and then attached them to breathers to allow the crank case to have less pressure. has anyone try this with an h22? any thoughs on this little trick?

You sure that was on a H22?
If so, someone dig up the thread

i don't know how to insert a link or pics, but if you go to 'search' and type in "PCV" you will finid an atricle called "The Official Crankcase Evacuation thread for Turbo Hondas / PCV / Catchcan /".

catch can connects to the valvecover. there is a hole up there that usually connects to intake piping. it's also known as the "breather" hole.

Re: (eMpAtHy)
the H series don't have any factory holes that connect thru to the crankcase. Endyn took one route (the easiest way but still involved) by drilling two holes in the block located along the rear balance shaft casting "bulge". then, attached two male tube fittings for connection to hoses. removing the balance shafts is required.

Ive heard of people doing something similar to that... Do you have a link to any of that info? I know Larry loves to post pictures and talk about everything he does, Id assume he would have covered that particular mod thoroughly.

unfortunately no. i tried to find it again but it apparently was lost when they trashed the old bbs. i wish i saved it.
if my memory serves me right it was for a guys h22 here in chattanooga. you know, the 300-something hp n/a pumpgas h22 he spent a lot of time on. the owner is keeping his mouth shut about it all so i doubt i could get any info from him. sketchy stuff.
