Default CAMSHAFT SPECS FOR F20-H22A-H23AVTEC?

NEED HELP ON SOME SPECS ON EURO TYPE R CAMSHAFTS AND TYPE S CAMSHAFT SPECS .DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET SUCH SPECS TO LOOK UP?

H23A VTEC cams are regular H22a cams as far as I know.

Type-S/EUro-R/SiR-T cams are 12.2mm , 11.2,mm lift as far as I know, but the duration doesn't seem to be available anywhere. Source: http://asia.vtec.net/beystock/honda/preludes/

yeah nobody has ever bothered to degree the cams apparently. Duration would not be much longer than stock due to that high lift I would guess.
