I'm using the KMS springs and retainers with my Crower Stage 2's which I got on Ebay. Top quality product at a good price.

forget Skunk2
Skunk2 don't know how to make springs properly. Many people had problems with their springs, i friend of mine had even a broken spring after about 1000km... (using stage 2 cams). Try a search on this forum there are a lot of bad experiences.
With Crower cams i'd take their own spring sets, made by Eibach.

Re: forget Skunk2 (h22a193)
I've been running a full Skunk2 valve train for the last 10K miles and a 100 shot on top of that. This is my daily driver. I have not experianced any problems at all with anything. I would recommend Skunk2.

That's a good idea, you should keep your valve train all the same brand if you can. Just make sure before you buy the cams that you do your research. You want to get the best lift and duration for your specific goal.
