WTF!

Do you even know what f1 products are?

Obviously not, otherwise you would know F1 products are pieced together from the same parts that exedy, findanza etc are.

Lol, all F1 products are pieced together with the same name brand stuff you spend top dollar for.

I have been using an Exedy 'Stage 3' 3-puck disc clutch and pressure plate for years now and it is about as far as I would go. Really sensitive and relatively little pedal travel, but it is daily drivable. HTH

I just picked up a Competition Clutch Stage 2 with an ultra light weight flywheel from the same. Feels great and pulls a lot harder. I think its good for DD with the occasional track. 8) Any higher staged and I would think I would be pretty pissed off in heavy traffic.

So a disc organic sprung hub is a clutch and a 6 puck ceramic unsprung hub is a clutch, right?? And since a clutch is a clutch, either one is perfectly fine for an unmodified car on the street? Or a fully built turbo motor developing 400+ hp?

A clutch is a clutch, so I should put what ever is cheap enough for my budget in my car right??

Just checking ...

Rant aside, what are your goals for your car? How is your car currently moddified, motor-wise? You need to answer those first when asking for advice, or no one's answer is going to be worth anything to you.

Here's a good starting point
http://www.competitionclutch.com/pro...dex.php?id=300
They're fairly economical and generally solid clutches. I've had a couple and they tend to be good, I've got the 1620 on order. Assuming you're mildly modified, the 2100 might be good for you.

Also, H/F trannys are for the most part bolt-in interchangeable. Some F trannys need a little love to go in properly, I think it's if you put a later Accord F tranny into a Prelude you have an issue with the mount, but it will still go in if you change the mount.

For a mild n/a H22, an Exedy stage 1 should be great, easy to deal with on the street, and will hold up just fine on the track. I have been running one in my personal car for oh 6 years and 40+ K miles now, and last year it saw more time on the drag strip than the street, never had an issue.

i'v have OEM, exedy organic and exedy 3 puck
I would go with the exedy organic if you're doing a little bit of drag racing.
The exedy is not the most comfortable clutch but it grabs like no tomorrow and Im using that on my fully built car.
oem or organic at the most in a DD mildly modified car

Also tried an ACT 6 puck in my friends turbo civic...no thanks for DD.
