we're trying to avoid the word "Gumball3000" so as not to infringe on any copyright laws. Trust me, I'd use it if I could... but they've been pretty harsh on some other people so far just on the logo usage on websites, so I don't want them to come down on me for name usuage on a Tshirt we're selling.

I may email Ross over at the Gumball office and ask him if we can use the name, but I don't know what the answer will be.

front left breast pocket design should be up shortly, it's been emailed to Sam.

I'm checking with the Gumball officials to see if I can use the name "Gumball3000" without being sued.

so when u said "This is a rough draft", does this mean the actual shirt will looks better? hehe.

That's the basic design. The actual shirt will look better because the design shop will clean up the edges on the lettering, probably help us pick some better matching fonts, and straighten everything out. They'll probably help us get it to look a little more like the "Gone in 60 seconds" image that I was going for. But there's only so much you can do in 15 minutes on MS Paint and photoshop.

So yes, the actual shirt will be a better product of this. I just threw that together so you guys would have an idea of what it's going to look like when it comes out the other end.
