Looks like a good list, what do you plan to tune with, and what fuel do you have available?

so let me get this straight, you dont know anything about the header and are solely going by what people have said on the internet which basically means "it looks cool, then it must perform."

it has lost every h22 header test thus far as well as a b series header test. it came last in max power and was destroyed by the other headers as far as midrange.

want something that will really perform?

smsp, hytech, six sigma racing. real innovators with real product testing without all the BS advertisements, sales reps and false claims you get from bisimoto.

Sounds like you gotta good whip bro. Need a better header and I recomend a Megan Racing cat back exhaust, deep but has that nice kick to it. Had one on my friends 98 prelude and sounded killer. Like to see more pics of the body though!

Nice project. Clean works on the head. This is going to be a beast!!!!!!!!!!!

How sure are you about the head being a Euro R? I still see that there's an oil port on the intake side. Thats what every H22A head has, so when using the Euro R IM, you are required to trim down the upper part of runner cyl 3 and 4 like how Rosko does:

Because I would assume the Euro R head won't have that oil passage like yours or it sits higher up.

U are right, but I have EuroR (from Accord CL1) H22 Head, that is why I dont need to trim upper part of runner.I bought this head with mani installed on it, and everything fit well.

I have bought closed block and disassembled it.Now block is in the mashine shop where it will be sleeved with darton flanged sleeves. The crank is in good shape and still in standart size but I want to polish it because of crankshaft oil hole chamfering need to be done.
Some fotos below...
Before cleaning...

Block and Darton Sleeve

After sandblasting I painted my block with hitemp engine paint.
