'99 Prelude CEL - code # - P0133
Ok fellas,
I took my car to the dealer because it threw the CEL. They dealer said it was a bad O2 sensor. The code read - P0133.
I'm going to replace the O2 sensor myself but don't know which one was bad. It's my understanding that there are two O2 sensors. Can you tell which one it is by the CEL code number? Once I figure out which O2 sensor it is, how do I find the part number so that I can order it online??
This forum is money... You guys have some good tips.. Any help on this one will be much appreciated!!!

We have an article on check engine lights at the Toronto Prelude Club
http://www.hondaprelude.to/main_checkengine.html
But that code you gave seems strange...I thought they were only 2 digits

That's a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) not a CEL. P0133 corrosponds to CEL code 61 - Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor - Slow response. So it's your primary sensor that's the problem.

why call a dealer when you can come here and get exactly what you need... the internet rocks... thanks fellas.. it's good to know that there are some knowledgeable people on these boards...
I called the dealer anyway and they said the same thing.. even gave me the part number..
