Icon3 94 Prelude Si swapping in JDM H22

Hey, I picked up a 94 Si in pretty good condition with a blown H23 for 400 bucks. I was looking to just plop another H23 in, but for some reason they seem to be going for more then the H22s...

My question is, what issues will I run into with swapping the JDM H22 into the USDM H23 body?

I heard that the Si came pre-wired for VTEC half way. Does that mean from the ECU to the firewall, or from the firewall to the motor?

Where can I get the plugs for VTEC if I have to wire it myself?

Will my H23 A/C, cruise control, Powersteering work?

any help at all would be super helpful! Thanks guys!

(note that I'm asking this in two places, just to make sure it ends up being seen by someone who knows)

Not a whole lot of issues to be found swapping in a jdm h22a. its a direct swap, you should be able to find the vtec solenoid and pressure switch wires in the engine bay. take a look under the hood and u will find two unused plugs near the passenger side shock tower and one behind the fuse box under the hood. A/C, Cruise control and power steering will not be affected when doing the swap. Look in the Faqs there a lot of good info in there that are useful.

A few things you will need to keep in mind though are that you need to swap over the fuel rail since the lines are on the opposite side. You will either need to find an oem catalytic converter or buy and aftermarket one since it will the h22 header will not line up with the h23 cat.

Thanks! do the Prelude Si and VTEC models share the same Bpipe/axel back design?

If I use a H22 header, and a H22 test pipe, will it all bolt up to my H23 B-Pipe?

yes you should be able to. if i remember right the only difference was the actual length of both headers i think the h22 was longer and the way they bolt up.
