picking up a second bike
i am flying out of indy at the ***-crack of dawn tomorrow morning and will arrive in ATL to pick up a second bike. it is a 600 mile ride back to central illinois - i hope it goes smoothly.
about the bike:
4-cylinders
800cc
copious amounts of awesome
can you guess what it is?

speaking of V-4's
Does anybody smell an 800cc superbike release in the future?
Equipped with a dry clutch nonetheless

Doubtful. A 1000cc V5 is more likely then a 800cc V4. Main reason is the V4 would get in the way of the rules that you can't use any production parts on GP bikes. I personally would love 800cc v4 or i4's but it won't happen. GSXR 750 and ducati 848 are your only options but the 848 is supersport legal...

Nice pickup. Looks like mine did when I first got her.
Did the previous owner paint the wheels gold? I can't tell from the pic, but if he did he has great taste, cause red VFR + gold wheels=hotness.
Have fun w/ her!

nope, the wheels are black/anthracite/whatever with a supposedly factory polished lip.
i think i have finally figured out all the mods to the bike:
2bros highmount slip-on
PCII
MRA touring shield with adjustable flappy-thing
1" risers
corbin "gunfighter + lady" sattle
rear fender hacked-off
