Sushi Yama in Vienna is really really good. Had some Matsutake in Crystal City today, they had a real nice variety at the buffet, some stuff I'd never seen before.

Pauli Moto's in Tyson's has some good s00chi. Winner of the iron chef competition, Morimoto (sp?). They are pretty good, they have a sushi bar and a robatayaki bar.
