Default Military Rider Safety Course

This question goes out to all those who are in the service and ride. I need to take a rider safety course that is military approved. Who is this course provided through? I've been searching and asked my command about it and they are clueless so I figured one of you guys had to know. TIA!

I'm a contractor working on Eglin AFB, and I contacted the safety office on base, and they got me signed up for a free MSF course on Hurlburt Field. On Eglin you are required to take it to ride on base so it is free and got me my license. So I would contact your safety office and hopefully they offer the MSF on base.

Yeah I'm still a little confused on the whole issue. does the MSF course have to be offered on a military base or can it be anywhere as long as it is an MSF course?

off base outside the military=$$$
through the military on base=FREE!!!

Its a great course, I went though it before i joined the military. my advise to you is to look for someone on base who has a bike. If like me, he/she didnt take the course through the military, he/she has friends who ride. someone will know. good luck

I am stationed at Pope AFB in NC. The only course you can take on base is the advanced course which you have to take if you ride a motorcycle. To take a beginners course I had to do it off base but it was reimbursed through safety. My base just started offering a beginners course. This is Pope of course so I cant speak for other bases.

all bases offer the msf course for free because it is a requirment to ride on a base. the only downfall is that some bases like hurlburt or eglin can have a long wait time. i paid for mine and took it in pensacola.
