Well they had to change something as an "update". The market seems to demand it. Think American automotive manufacturers. At least it will be new in a year or two at the rate they've been going

I think they changed the seat to make a bigger distinction between the RR and F4i... Now the F4i is a sportbike but with a more comfortable feel(That damn cardboard seat was terrible). I would have to agree though, it doesnt look at "sporty" so I think they accomplished what they wanted.

I can't believe people complain about this all the time. If it really matters to you and want a new bike, get the rr since its only like 400 more.

hehehe, I suppose it would help my chances of picking up a cheap one for 05. Sure, everyone get 600RRs. That new seat kind of reminds me of the katana or something like that.
