Looking to get a pair since I just got my speedstar jacket. Wondering about the comfort and protection of these boots. Can anyone fill me in?

2004 and older? These were the boots I wanted since they look very comfortable and they would match the rest of my gear(teknic). But after trying them on they didnt feel as good as Sidi or Alpinestar. Now they have a brand new Speedstar for 2005. Those might be better.

Can you explain how it doesn't feel good? I've never tried them on myself.

Back then I would have bought them if they cost the same as Vert 2s. But now I wouldnt, not worth it too me. But if you want them buy them. They are way better than any pair of Tims or Lugz.
