yea it can... it's a place called Irvine.
my dad lives in upland, kinda close to rancho cucamonga and i wouldn't say it's all that white, there's quite a few mexicans there.

Upland is NOT Rancho Cucamonga.....and Irvine is more Asian than White these days...BUT i'm not even trying to argue abvout race/location....i'm just saying this **** is NOWHERE near harassment, as far as i'm concerned this was a cop on patrol.

I have yet to see another person (who resides here, not just in town for whatever) in the town I reside in that is not white? Stats are like 97% white, 3% asian....WHERE ARE YOU HIDING 3% OF ASIAN PEOPLE?!?!?!??!

If you really want diversity; go back to where I used to live in NH. 30 minutes outside boston and I was still the only kid who wasn't white up until I started going to private school in 9th grade.

I see no whining in this thread. It's certainly better than threads about you not knowing how to use your camera or "what bike should I get" bullshit we always see in here. Pardon me for attempting to give everyone something to read. Just in case you hadn't figured it out, my use of the term profiling was more of a joke than anything but I'm guessing since you couldn't even figure out your camera, you didn't figure that out either. Regardless, an actual traffic stop doesn't have to occur for it to be considered profiling. Any police action, including the standby and follow method described initially, is generally included in the definition.

Have a coke and smile then move on.
