WEAK *** STORY!!!!!
let me know when he actually pulls you over, until then he's just being a piggy...if you think thats harassment, you'd literally think i'd been raped with some of the stories i have about police run-ins

yea it can... it's a place called Irvine.
my dad lives in upland, kinda close to rancho cucamonga and i wouldn't say it's all that white, there's quite a few mexicans there.

Re: (DeLiRiOu5)
Upland is NOT Rancho Cucamonga.....and Irvine is more Asian than White these days...BUT i'm not even trying to argue abvout race/location....i'm just saying this **** is NOWHERE near harassment, as far as i'm concerned this was a cop on patrol.

Re: (usdm420)
i guess i was thinking more along the lines of the area closer to tustin. i know upland does not equal RC, i just meant i've been in the area a lot.
but yeah, i wouldn't call it harassment. but i guess it could kinda be profiling since it seems like the LEO saw a sportbike and decided to see if the rider would try to pull anything.

I have yet to see another person (who resides here, not just in town for whatever) in the town I reside in that is not white? Stats are like 97% white, 3% asian....WHERE ARE YOU HIDING 3% OF ASIAN PEOPLE?!?!?!??!
If you really want diversity; go back to where I used to live in NH. 30 minutes outside boston and I was still the only kid who wasn't white up until I started going to private school in 9th grade.

I see no whining in this thread. It's certainly better than threads about you not knowing how to use your camera or "what bike should I get" bullshit we always see in here. Pardon me for attempting to give everyone something to read. Just in case you hadn't figured it out, my use of the term profiling was more of a joke than anything but I'm guessing since you couldn't even figure out your camera, you didn't figure that out either. Regardless, an actual traffic stop doesn't have to occur for it to be considered profiling. Any police action, including the standby and follow method described initially, is generally included in the definition.
Have a coke and smile then move on.

Re: (Apocalypse)
i guess i'm a bit slow too then... because i didn't sense any joking in the original post. what i read was you venting about the situation and everyone else giving you sympathy.
hah but i don't mean to cause anymore drama, just giving my 2 cents

how about i DO some coke and ask "what bike is best for me?"
next time try to control your fear when a cop drives by you in the opposite direction, i'd hate for your throttle hand to get all shaky on you ...let me know when your nutts drop, maybe then you could start a "never noticed this hair?" thread..
