really looking hard at the FZ07. Seems like it's all the things that SV was, just newer and yam.
Was originally looking at MV's and Duc's, but starting to think that i'm not ready for that ownership experience.

that is a very wise observation... because there is a lot more to consider than a purchase price when you are looking at owning some of those more rare italian birds. They are finicky and costly even if you do your own work.

yeah i'm in the market for a nekkid bike so that it's more comfy, but in looking at the brutale 800, it looks like a gas tank explosion waiting to happen (like those few 06-07 R6's that had wide wings on the tank that would drag and leak then ignite in an off.
the 848 SF is ****, but it's scary looking at all that beautiful carbon in the lower front corner that would get obliterated in a lowside and cost a bunch to fix.
the fz just seems like a smart choice, esp since i'm still thinking about a fork swapped SV as an option.

Just thought I'd throw this out there but I recently saw a KTM Superduke 1290 at a track day and I thought that is the sexiest naked ever. The owner claimed it would outrun a Kawi ZX10 on the straight. If you want to know if they are reliable, I wouldn't know what to tell you though.

Not a 14 model, but hopefully it comes soon. Wood buy if pricing was competetive.

I bought a 2014 300 Ninja for the wife and a 2014 650 Ninja for myself this year. My wife loves her 300 and I wish I would have just bought a liter bike starting out.

Honda has the CBR250R, but as much as I love Honda, it's not as good.
