Default CRV - 07 rear washer not working

Good Morning/Afternoon depending on when and where you are reading!

I can not get washer fluid to my rear washer.
It is a 2007 UK CRV (3rd Gen), There is fluid in the tank - front work fine as do headlight jets and i topped it up to be sure.

I've removed the trim at the rear, and disconnected the jet from the pipe, activated the switch and no water.

The pump can be heard turning when i activate the washer.

So can someone point me to a document or video/photos of where the pipe run is between the tank, pump and rear washer jet so i can trace back and see if i can find where the blockage may be or if the pump itself is knackered?

Hiya,

Heres a couple of links.

Honda Car Parts / Choose by Model / Genuine Honda Parts | Honda Cars | Honda Motorcycles | Honda Power Products | Lings Honda

Washer pipe runs from tank along driver’s door channel and then up to roof area and then rear door spray jet.

You don't state whether you have a leak or not when operating the rear washer.

Thanks for the response -will take a look.

There is no water when the washer is activated, not seen any puddles under the car while investigating so do not believe there is a leak - but part of following the route will hopefully identify that!

Do you know if it is easily to get to anywhere?

The easiest place I accessed the water feed line, was by removing the sill panel driver’s side. You have a small hole to get your fingers in and fish for the water line. The reason why I was doing this was because I had a drain back problem with the rear washer’s and I fitted a one way line valve at this point and it fixed my problem…… May be you have the same issue.
